Bank of The Bahamas/Phil's Extend Cat Island CODE R.E.D Hurricane Relief
In the wake of Hurricane Irene?s devastating impact on Cat Island, Bank of The Bahamas announced today it is extending Cat Island Code R.E.D. -- relief effort drive -- with donation boxes at all New Providence branches, a cash account and two large containers for food, water, baby and medical supplies at Phil's Food Services.

CODE R.E.D. BOB and Partners Send Huge Relief Bundles to Cat Island
A little more than a month after Hurricane Irene slammed into Cat Island in the central Bahamas, tearing off roofs and tearing apart lives, the mailboat M/V KCT arrived late last week with a container packed with love and crammed with proof that people cared. It bore furniture, paper goods, cleaning supplies, food, toiletries, clothing and more.

Founding Fathers give to Cat Island Regatta
The 55th Annual Cat Island Regatta will be held in New Bight, Cat Island from July 29th to August 1st, 2011.
The founders of the Cat Island Sailing Club, Godfrey Kelly and Peter Christie each recently made a donation to assist with expenses of the upcoming Regatta.
